Account Executive to £24K + £10K OTE, (however, scheme is uncapped)

Abacus UK is Europe's largest mail order co-operative database with over 700 title members supplying volume of data on a campaign by campaign basis for leading catalogue and mail order titles.
An Account Exec is sought to manage and maximise revenue in the form of data sales from a selection of existing clients by telephone and some face-to-face. This is done via presenting detailed tailored mailing plans & recommendations on how to mine the database plus strategically assist clients in measuring and interpreting results.
In return as well as remuneration, you will receive ongoing training in aspects of direct marketing, mailing strategy, statistical modelling of data plus comprehensive advancement in your selling and presenting skills.
Ideally, you will have
- 12-18 months B2B telesales experience, although not neccessarily in data. Face-to-Face is useful but not essential
- been professionally sales trained either internally or via an external course
- strong communicator
- the desire for a career in sales
- a good sense of fun & have bags of enthusiasm!
