About the role
You will be able to generate leads proactively.
Your focus is to ensure that club revenue is maximised through your ability to convert interested parties from prospects to members.
You will be responsible for attaining the monthly membership target.
You will demonstrate professional, efficient and high quality service standards both on the telephone and face to face with existing and prospective members.
You will be committed to understanding the needs of prospective members and presenting solutions in a positive manner exceeding customer expectations in this respect.
You will have an enthusiastic approach to work and will ensure that you deliver the highest service standards to our members and make each visit a positive one.
About you
You will have experience in a sales environment
You will have experience of a target based role
You will have experience of working in a corporate environment
You will be computer literate to include Word, Outlook and Excel
You will be an enthusiastic and target driven individual
You will be an effective communicator
You will have strong team working skills
