Our client is a leading international media organisation providing specialist business-to-business and consumer information for a diverse range of markets. As an integral part of one of the world's largest media corporations our client produces market leading publications and events (conferences, awards and exhibitions), digital services, TV programmes, directories and much more. Due to growth and their ongoing commitment to customer accounts they now have an exciting opening for an Account Manager to join their London based team.
As a Media Account Manager you can expect to work on an exciting business and finance related specialist publication. Your time will be split between new business generation and strategic account management and you can expect to be in a client facing capacity at least 2 days per week with the remainder of your time spent at our clients London office. This exciting role comes with ongoing training and career progression.
The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 2 years previous b2b sales or account management experience. Previous media experience would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided. You will however have excellent communication and presentation skills coupled with the drive and desire to offer market leading media solutions to both new and existing accounts.
The successful candidate can expect a negotiable base salary circa 25-28k dependent upon experience with an uncapped and very achievable first year OTE of 35-38k plus an additional benefits package.
