Job Description

Luxury Publications Italian or French Account Manager

Location: London

Salary: 30-45k + Great commission scheme (60k first year ote)

My client is a very well established and market leading publisher. They hold 70% of this niche luxury market. Their magazines and online content appeal to some of the most sophisticated, high class and influential readers across the globe. They are now looking to expand their very successful sales team into Italian and French markets.

The Role

As an Italian or French speaking Account Manager, you'll be required to sell advertising space on my client's very successful luxury publication. You will be dealing with top names throughout Italy or France, on occasion you will be required to attend events on an international scale and mix with some of the worlds most influential and senior figures.

Your Profile

As a successful candidate you will have an exemplary sales record within media sales and ooze sophistication. You'll be mixing with arguably some of the most important figures in business on an international level. You will have a proven track record of successful sales with a minimum of four years sales experience. A thorough grounding in media, sponsorship and online with a formal background in sales training is a distinct advantage. You will:

  • Be able to use your commercial skills to match clients' objectives with a range of marketing solutions
  • Bench mark performance against KPIs
  • Have focus and energy, show initiative, common sense, have an ability to grasp new concepts quickly, a high level of commercial acumen and well developed social skills
  • Be able to work under pressure, a multi-tasker who can juggle multiple deadlines and projects at once
  • Be an excellent team worker
  • Be Successful in implementing a sales strategy and planning ahead and fully conversant in sales planning and reporting
