Internal Telesales Executives
£26,000 Basic £33,000 OTE + all major company benefits
We are an international organisation with an annual turnover in excess of £500m, with one of the largest and most sophisticated sales forces in the UK. An "Investor in People", we are renowned for providing some of the best sales training in the United Kingdom, employing a sales force that are engaged in the preparation and sale of multi media advertising programmes, including print, internet & voice.
We operate an open culture where teamwork, initiative, personal responsibility and pride are the norm. We are looking to attract telesales people who are looking to develop a dynamic sales career with a market and brand leader.
The role holder will be responsible for achieving set targets as defined by the line manager, maintaining and growing our existing customers through selling a portfolio of products and services to meet customer needs. A key part of this role is to deliver excellent customer service. The role will involve Making outbound calls to prospect customers, to sell products and services using the sales process and to achieve performance standards both customer and financial. You will also be responsible to capture and maintain customer data to ensure information is held and administered according to departmental standards as well as producing accurate and timely paperwork in line with customer requirements and company guidelines.
The ideal internal sales candidate would be of graduate calibre with a minimum of 6 months business to business telesales experience in any targeted sales environment. Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they have performed to set targets. The most important attribute will be your confidence and ability over the phone which will be tested during the interview process.
