Field Sales Executive - Online / Recruitment

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + comm. + bens

Long term contract position

 

Our client, a leading UK online network of community websites, is looking to recruit a Field Sales Executive to join their expanding team. As Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for meeting, presenting and establishing key relationships with contacts and internal recruitment teams from key market segments. You will also be responsible for selling packages of job credits, featured ads and banner advertising, as well as negotiating yearly contracts.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Growing advertising business by winning new customers within the direct employer, recruitment ad agency and consultancy markets
• Understanding the wider online jobs industry and keeping abreast of developments
• Meeting and exceeding key sales KPIs and meetings targets
• Liaising daily with the Account Management team to activate customer accounts once sales have been completed
• Working with other field sales executives where necessary and attend weekly team meetings at the head office

Person Specification

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Previous significant experience of account management within recruitment media
• Strong face-to-face experience and excellent presentation skills
• A proven track record of delivery against targets
• An interest in latest developments in internet and e-commerce
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills: both email correspondence and telephone skills essential
