Job Description

Consultative Field Sales role - Newly created Sales Team selling high value and high profit solutions to Corporate businesses - A well respected Communications Company who have proven success in the industry - Challenging & rewarding role selling to Marketing Directors and Brand Managers - £30k OTE £60k Uncapped plus Company Car, Voice Enabled Blackberry, Laptop and Excellent Benefit Package - Progression to Corporate Accounts or Sales Management - Tiered salary levels based upon hitting quarterly target.

A field sales role within a company who continually focus on developing their position in the market place through acquisition of competitors and growth of their sales teams. In this role you will report to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for bringing in revenue through the acquisition of new clients. The role involves all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and ensuring smooth implementation. You will be selling a specialist product suite and the team are split up selling to vertical markets as opposed to geographic. They are looking for sales professionals who have an inventive way to pitch to clients, with the ability to sell intelligently and provide solutions that will benefit your clients businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Field Sales Executive

· Selling high value solutions / non-geographic numbers to new customers

· Generating business through cold calling, marketing campaigns & successful alliances with partner teams and lead sources

· Preparing proposals

· Delivering presentations, presenting proposals face to face

· To be a strong team player and keep motivation levels high

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES - Field Sales Executive

· Sales experience in a technological, advertising, media or marketing industry

· Experience in "solution selling"

· Knowledge of the buying process

· A successful track record in new business sales development

· Target driven with a proven track record

· Ambitious, highly driven and extremely motivated to succeed

· Excellent communication and listening skills

· Outgoing, friendly character
