My client is a small media company, who are currently looking to bring on board a talented and experienced Digital Media Sales Manager to join their "small but amazingly talented team" you will help the company to deliver on their commercial plan. This London based role, paying circa £45k DOE + high OTE, it's a rare opportunity to be a Digital Media Sales Manager within a small, dynamic and growing media company.
My client has an exciting online social media site, which creates a huge volume and variety of high yield advertising and customer engagement opportunities for brands, charities and media agencies which as the Digital Media Sales Manager you will be expected to take advantage of the potential opportunities that arise and maximise sales revenue. These opportunities include straightforward multi format targeted CPM banner advertising, to integrated multi faceted strategic sponsorship campaigns for tens of thousands of pounds.
The role
As the Digital Media Sales Manager it is your job to deliver revenue targets and drive the commercial side of the business. You will be expected to develop new leads, cold call potential clients, manage existing customer relationships and close deals, either over the telephone or in person, with the aim of maximising sales revenues, increasing our client portfolio and hitting other KPIs.
The role of a Digital Media Sales Manager is a challenging one, especially in light of the plethora of media options that advertisers can choose from.

- Proven track record on media sales environment
- Experience of selling creative digital opportunities to agencies and direct clients
- Highly proactive, ambitious and determined to succeed
- Entrepreneurial and creative approach to sales
- Strong negotiator
- Confident communication and presenter
- Dedication and commitment to achieve results
