Job Description

Our client, a leading, global online advertising network, is looking to recruit an Ad Operations Director to join their London team. As Ad Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all ad operations functions. You will be expected to provide leadership and direction to the operations team and will be responsible for developing and establishing a consistent strategy relating to all the ad operations and inventory management functions.

Key Responsibilities of the Ad Operations Director include:

  • Leading and managing the Ad Ops team to ensure the consistent provision of excellent client service
  • Provide regular reports on campaign delivery, inventory management and inventory performance to the UK management team
  • Prioritise your work load using deadlines established by the UK MD in accordance with the department's commercial objectives
  • Lead the delivery and ops teams in assignment strategy and execution

Qualities we're looking for in the Ad Operations Director include:

  • A track record of exceeding revenue and / or profit goals in an online sales environment
  • Experience of working in a senior operations role within a commercially focused department whose primary aim is revenue generation in a target focused culture
  • Experience with one or more Ad management tools i.e. DFP; OAS; Atlas etc
  • Familiarity with using proprietary software tools and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Hands on experience of workflow management and CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and decode complex data sets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to navigate confidently between diverse teams
