I am currently recruiting for the largest Business Services Company in the WORLD.
This multi billion pound operation currently employs over 50,000 staff in the UK alone. They have several different services that they supply to businesses, but Hygiene is the largest.
Due to consistent growth in this sector they currently require a Regional Sales Manager to join the successful Midlands Hygiene team.
Reporting to the Area Director you will be responsible for the East Midlands area including CV, LE, NN and NG postcodes.
Your main responsibility will be to lead, manage and motivate a team of Account Managers.
KPIs and performance monitoring and shadowed field visits will also be required. You will maintain a consistent training and counselling programme to develop a positive and structured atmosphere.
The main objective of your staff and the company is retention, development and penetration of each customer, and customer care. To do this you will need to maintain constant contact with your team and the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and customer incentives.

You will need to have a strong business to business field sales/account management background at management/senior level and be able to demonstrate successful target achievements at interview. Ideally, you will have knowledge of the hygiene market but other contractual sales experience will be considered. Above all, you must be passionate about account management, customer development and building a successful, profitable team environment.
In return you will receive a £35000 basic salary with quarterly salary reviews and an uncapped earnings potential of £50000 OTE in the first year. Also a company car, mobile and laptop and four weeks holiday are included. Working hours will be 9-5.30pm Monday-Friday. There are also outstanding promotion prospects to senior positions.
