Job Title: Sales executive

Location: South, East, Midlands

Salary: £15k OTE £30k (negotiable)

Company Profile:

  • Caswell Refrigeration Limited is an established family company providing the supply, installation and 24 hour breakdown and servicing facility of refrigeration, cooling and air conditioning systems.
  • Sales person needed for an established refrigeration and A/C company.
  • Caswell Refrigeration are distributors for the Mueller range of milk cooling tanks and heat exchange products covering the South, East and Midlands.
  • The candidate will market and sell the full range of equipment.
  • They will need to be enthusiastic and be able to make contact with our large existing customer base and to expand the range of products and services we offer. It is a family business and you will have excellent prospects.

The Role: This position will include the following responsibilities:

  • To generate your own leads as well as act upon leads given by the marketing team
  • Effectively sell our range of products that best suit your clients needs
  • Negotiate rates with prospective clients
  • Account Manage your portfolio of clients
  • To achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • The role will be mainly phone based but as relationships develop there will be chance to go out on meetings

Key skills and experience required:

  • Excellent telephone manner, objection handling, negotiation and closing skills are essential.
  • Tenacity
  • Proven track record of working within a target driven environment and achieving these targets consistently is preferable
  • Good time management
  • PC literate
