Sales & Marketing Assistant

Our client is looking for a Sales and Marketing assistant to join their smal team.
The successful applicant will be a non-skoker and will hold a full uk driving license


Our client is offering 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, their working hours are 9:00am - 5:00 pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

The salary is £12,000 basic, plus up to £4,000 bonus, uncapped

Purpose of the sales and marketing role:

You will be part of a small busy friendly team responsible for selling a range of advertising products, within our quarterly magazine and a leading website within the Bulk Materials Handling, Recycling & Quarrying Industries.

You will be contacting new and current customers informing them of upcoming advertising options suitable to the industry they serve.

The role requires you to take personal responsibility for providing a high-quality, efficient service to new and potential clients.

Whilst building a rapport with clients you are expected to discuss advertising options, send details and prices for consideration, follow up for a decision and overcome any objectives they have with the aim to close the sale.

They are looking for a person, who enjoys selling and achieving results, however the reputation of the company is paramount and therefore the ability to build constructive customer relationships is of more importance for the success of the company in the future.
