SALES MANAGER - SOUTH EAST LONDON/CROYDON/SEVEN OAKS - £30K - 33K - OTE £60K - 65K. A SENIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION WITH A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO EARN. THIS IS THE NUMBER ONE IN EUROPE AND THE FASTEST GROWING SUPPLIER IN THE UK IN THEIR MARKET. THEY SELL TO MORE THAN 800,000 CUSTOMERS IN THE CORPORATE, PUBLIC AND PROFESSIONAL SECTORS IN OVER 70 COUNTRIES AND HAVE A TURNOVER IN EXCESS OF 760M EURO'S
THE ROLE:
* To manage a team of Sales personnel to achieve the Company's sales revenue and unit targets for the complete range products.
* To ensure that all Sales personnel are fully conversant, with all methods of leasing offered by Finance
* To be responsible for first line recruitment of sales personnel.
* To be responsible for the training and development of the whole sales team.
THE PERSON:
* Must have field based sales management experience in a new biz hard nosed environment.
* Hungry for personal and team success and wants to earn money.
* Structured management training is essential
* perception of the longer term impact or wider implications of their actions

Salary £30 - 33K
OTE £60 - 65K
