I am currently recruiting for the largest Business Services Company in the WORLD.
This multi billion pound operation currently employs over 50,000 staff in the UK alone. They have several different services that they supply to businesses, but Hygiene is the largest. In the current climate, where many businesses are struggling, this is a service that every company needs!
Due to consistent growth in this sector they currently require a Field Sales Consultant to join the successful Hygiene team.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for a designated patch.
Your main responsibility will be to acquire, grow and sustain your new business target and client base on this patch.
You will need to develop new business through telesales from the large database and field visits to all sizes of commercial businesses. Suppport with appointments will also be given via the large telemarketing function.
Once face to face with clients you will site survey their premises, assess their washroom facilities and design a bespoke plan for their washroom equipment, which will then be presented back to your customer on a contractual basis.
Targets will be based on revenue per month, conversion and visits attended.
There will be regular reviews including salary increases subject to target achievement.
Interested?
You will need to have new business telesales/field sales experience and be able to demonstrate successful target achievements at interview. Ideally, you will have knowledge of the hygiene market but other contractual sales experience will be considered. Above all you must be passionate about building successful client relationships through new business acquistion
In return you will receive a £18000-£20500 salary with quarterly salary reviews and an uncapped earnings potential of £40-£50000 OTE in the first year. Also a company car, mobile and laptop and four weeks holiday are included. Working hours will be 9-5.30pm Monday-Friday. There are also outstanding promotion prospects to senior/management positions.
