Telesales Executive, Media Sales, Preston. Up to £18000 Basic, £25,000 OTE realistic in Year One, £40,000 Year Two, £50,000+ Year Three plus additional benefits. Fantastic media sales role that is ideal for a successful telesales professional looking for a new career in new media sales. The role is also suitable for passionate telesales professionals used to working in a competitive and targeted sales environment.

Established in 2003 this group of hugely successful job boards has enjoyed 50% year on year growth in the last 3 years due to their passion, enthusiasm and strength of vision. Offering a brilliant working environment with frequent reward and incentive schemes on top of the OTE this is a terrific sales role within a fast paced and dynamic industry sector.

This vacancy is due to expansion and is ideal for an individual with a strong sales or telesales background looking to enter a media environment. The role is predominantly office based with occasional face-to-face client visits and is highly solution oriented; generating wins and closing deals through detailed understanding of customer's recruitment advertising requirements. There are also many opportunities to increase account spend by upselling, cross-selling and account retention. The company have a history of developing and investing into their staff and are the new media division of a major media group.

To succeed you will be bright, customer service oriented and proactive with a natural sales approach. The absolutely ideal candidate will have sold local newspaper advertising or has some form of media, recruitment or advertising sales experience. Alternatively, you may have knowledge or experience of working within the recruitment or HR sectors. To summarise they are looking for a consummate new business developer with a proven track record of consistent over-achievement.
