They seek an Area Sales Manager for the Slough region.
Job Description- Recruit, train, motivate and develop Representatives on a daily basis.
- 80% of the role proactively field based in achieving the above
- Achieve KPI's goals though training, motivating and developing a team of self employed Sales Leaders.
- 100% ownership for delivering results on key activities on a daily, campaignly, quarterly and annual basis to achieve Area targets.
- Manage change successfully in a forever changing culture
- Prioritise and maximise business growth opportunities within allocated geography.
- Ultilise and successfully control geographical area using tools and data provided.
- Multi task and contingency planning to meet demands of high turnover industry.

You must be a driver with Sales Experience / Training Experience
