Job Description

Field Sales Executive role - £24-40k OTE £55-75k Uncapped - Bristol Territory working from Reading Office - A well respected Communications Company who have proven success in the industry - Challenging & rewarding role selling high tech solutions to companies - Benefits include Car Allowance, Voice Enabled Blackberry, Laptop and Excellent Benefit Package - Progression to Corporate Accounts or Sales Management - Tiered salary levels based upon hitting quarterly target.

A field sales role within a company who continually focus on developing their position in the market place through acquisition of competitors and growth of their sales teams. In this role you will report to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for bringing in revenue through the acquisition of new clients.  The role involves all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and ensuring smooth implementation.  This is an autonomous field based role covering the Reading to Bristol region.  My client is looking for two levels of sales professionals - those who sell to SME's (£24-28k basic) and those who sell to Corporates (£28-40k basic)

Responsibilities - Field Sales Executive

*Selling the Companies portfolio to new customers

*Selling telecommunication solutions to Corporate level clients

*To make appointments to visit potential clients

*To prepare proposals to present to prospective clients

*To be a strong team player and keep motivation levels high

Skills and Attributes - Field Sales Executive

*A successful track record in new business sales development

*Telecoms sales experience would be an advantage but a technical aptitude is required

*Target driven with a proven track record

*Ambitious, highly driven and extremely motivated to succeed

*Excellent communication and listening skills

*Outgoing, friendly character
