Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive
£26k-30k basic - £48k OTE + Car Allowance.

Our client is a globally leading organisation in Business Services for small business, global enterprises and public sector organisations. This company is a fast moving and exciting environment, rich with opportunities for their employees. Due to expansion, they have recently had an opening for a Graduate Business Development Manager. Having experienced phenomenal success and with their service being second to none within the industry, now really is the time to join them.
As a Business Development Manager you will be selling this service to your clients to ensure they are in line with current legislation and offering a variety of related services. Although no cold calling is required you will be expected to meet with your clients and have the ability to close the deal efficiently.
The ideal Business Development Manager must:
-Possess 1 year to 18 months experience in Business to Business Sales.
-Be 100% New Business Focused
-Have a proven ability to close a sale.
Above all it is imperative that you are results orientated, Highly motivated and have excellent negotiation skills.
In return as a Business Development Manager you can expect:
-a basic of £25-30k
-Uncapped commission structure that will see you earning £48k in year 1.
-6K car allowance
-Fuel allowance
-Shares scheme
-Pension
-Healthcare
