GRADUATE TRAINEE / REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER / FIELD SALES MANAGER / FRENCH AND GERMAN SPEAKING POSITIONS ,

for a leading manufacturer and supplier of chemicals to the transport and automotive industries .

A leading supplier of cleaning and maintenance products to the automotive market are now recruiting for  French and German ,   Graduate Trainee Regional Business Managers / Field Sales Manager

 Basic starting  salary of £20K + Company car + other benefits ,  with regular salary reviews during training from 6months to first 2 years which will see your salary rising to a basic of £35k , with a bonus of up to £15k per year. when fully trained .

Job Title:                     Graduate Trainee Regional Business Manager / Field Sales Manager

Package:                     Basic £20k on starting , (growing to £35k over the first 2 years  + excellent range of company benefits)

Area / location:           UK ,  Head Office is     West Midlands , flexible location will be required throughout training.Then roles will be based in either France or Germany.

Product:                      Cleaning and Maintenenace Automotive products.

Job Description  French / German Graduate Trainee Regional Business Manager / Field Sales Management

The role of the Regional Business Manager is to have responsibility for looking after a number of Franchisees by ensuring business development plans are agreed and met across a full range of new and existing businesses. Your responsibilities will include  ;

  

Conducting Business Reviews

Objective setting

Sales Control and Project Planning

Strategic Business Planning

Field Sales Training and Sales Skills

Presentations

General Management

People Management

  

Training ;

There will be a focused training plan during the programme , which will include Classroom training , Courses , On Job training , Field Training , One to one mentoring etc.

  

 Skills Needed;

Analytical skills

Commercial Awareness / Financial understanding of Business

Time planning and organisation ,

Strong work ethic.

Systems skills.

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

Presentation skills

Flexibility

Fluent French or German ,  as first language or fluency.

French / German Graduate Trainee Regional Business Manager ,  £20k + car ( £35k + £15k bonus eventually achievable after training ) , excellent range of benefits ,  based  West Midlands / Staffs and UK and Europe flexibility throughout and after training.
