MARKETING MANAGER &amp;ndash; THE ROLE
This is a full marketing mix role with a technical bias.&amp;nbsp; You will be working with the Managing Director and Divisional Directors to design group and divisional marketing strategy, you will then develop and implement the group wide marketing plan with a focus on business growth and lead generation.&amp;nbsp; You will also be responsible for all brand development activities, some product development, launch and implementation plans and internal company communications.

MAREKTING MANAGER &amp;ndash; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Development of group wide marketing strategy and tactical implementation targeted on business growth
Responsibility for marketing budget with a focus on maximizing ROI
Monitoring and reporting on all marketing activity and results
Writing of copy for web content, PR materials, product sales literature and technical publications
Managing and developing the companies online presence including website, social media and PPC advertising
Organisation of several national and international exhibitions and customer events 
Development of internal &#039;creative thinking team&#039;
Development and maintenance of the marketing elements of the company CRM system
Conducting market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products
Some product management, with full implementation plans
Internal Marketing &amp;ndash; Promote and communicate IPU values, products, services and brands within the organisation
Managing and briefing outside agencies as appropriate
Day to day management and development of Marketing Assistant
