You will already have experienced the cut and thrust of the main dealership. You will have knowledge and experience of warranty work and a good understanding of kerridge. You will be unflappable; you will be a good communicator in both writing and verbally, even under pressure. Your cheery, positive outlook and a can do attitude will appease irritated customers as much as stressed out technicians.

The warranty work within the Service Department is a significant part in the overall performance of the department, and consequently, you will become an important member of the team.
