You are an experienced, commercially driven VP/Director of Sales, with a track record of managing C-suite stakeholders in complex, consultative sales cycles within the enterprise space. Operating in an agency setting, or perhaps client side, you are B2B marketing and tech savvy, comfortable developing existing clients as well as winning new ones. Able to work internationally, you are a trusted advisor to your clients. They want to spend time with you and value your opinion. You excel at inspiring and influencing internally and externally, and always have the best interests of your clients at heart. As a player manager, leadership comes naturally to you, and you are at your best leading from the front, inspiring your team and fostering high levels of success and morale. Doing brilliant marketing is central to all the team does.
Reporting to the CEO, and a key Board member, you will own the Company’s sales, bid process and revenue number globally. You will develop and retain a selection of blue-chip multi-million pound global accounts through the leadership of a team of Global Account Directors. You will also work collaboratively with other senior internal stakeholders ensuring client relationships are maintained to the highest level. Enhancing the company’s sales processes, driving best practice, accurate business forecasting and contributing to the company’s strategic development will also be high on your agenda.
And looking twelve months ahead, you will be leading a high performing sales function achieving client growth plans. Revenue and margins will be secured. You will be acting as a senior advisor to global clients. Country specific client relationships will be leveraged into international ones and your global team will be feeling good.
