USED CAR SALES MANAGER - ROBINS & DAY COVENTRY

Our Sales Managers are imperative to the success of the sales team. They lead and motivate to ensure all of our Sales Advisors are reaching their full potential and are maximising the market. As well as coach the team to provide the service our customers expect.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing sales information and updates to the team regularly
  • Reporting progress to the General Manager and Head Office
  • Working closely with Peugeot/Citroen & DS to ensure the brand message is being communicated
  • Reporting progress to the General Manager and Head Office
  • Leading the Sales Team on a daily basis
  • Keeping up to date with the local market place
  • Always looking for ideas to generate new business

You will therefore, be a well organised, experienced Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager within the Automotive industry with a proven track record in achieving ambitious sales targets. It is important you possess excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills together with being well versed in building effective working relationships and motivating those around you to continuously improve the business.
