Unified Communications Sales Account Director

£60K Basic, £120K OTE + benefits

We are a leading provider of mobile and broadband services to businesses in the UK. We comprise mobile network operators in the UK and Europe, along with integrated fixed/mobile businesses in the EU - all of which use our consumer brand. We have over 40 million fixed and mobile customers across Europe and almost 30,000 employees across the Group. We currently seek a new Unified Communications Sales Account Director.

Building on our brand, we aim to become the mobile operator of choice through a commitment to offering high quality products and services as well as leading customer retention and loyalty programmes. We are committed to demonstrating clearly and powerfully what customers 'can do' with new data services, devices and technology.

A vacancy has arisen for a Convergence Account Director. The role is to develop and drive opportunities for fixed converged communications solutions in one strategic account. You will work collaboratively with the Corporate Regional Sales and Channel Teams to drive the sales of Managed services into this account to ensure our Corporate division achieves its connections, revenue and contribution targets.

This is a very Senior Sales position and you will also be required to assist in the development of propositions, capabilities and execution plans for this exciting area of our business.

To apply, you will have at least 5 years' frontline B2B Account Management Sales experience within the Communications market as well as an ability to develop and utilise strong customer insight. You will have worked for no more than 2 companies in the last 5 years. Self-motivation, a high level of IT literacy, sales presentation skills and a full driving licence are the other essential requirements as well as a drive and determination to be the best.
