My client are recruiting for an experienced Trainer to design and implement a world class People Development Strategy for the UK and IE Sales Department. This will involve working with 3rd Parties and Sales Leaders to develop a People Journey that enables us to execute the UK & IE Strategy whilst increasing the capability of our Sales people.
My client are a leading multi-channel, high service distributor supporting millions of engineers and purchasing professionals globally.
Taking accountability for designing, developing and the delivery of relevant training programmes that underpin my clients sales strategy, including both induction and continuous learning and writing customer service and sales modules.
You will also be accountable for the preparation and maintenance of relevant training materials (course outlines, participant guides, and handouts), utilising multimedia solutions.
My client's ideal candidate needs to be an excellent people person, able to connect and flex your own style to the needs of the learner. Someone who is comfortable at influencing people at all levels within business.
They're looking for an individual who is 'Web savvy', with demonstrable general training experience, including system and soft skills. Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to take ownership, prioritise, plan and organise and be very self-motivated, being resilient and have the ability to work independently and make decisions.
