The Job

The job of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is simple; you find candidates for your client’s vacancies in this case within the Renewable Energy sector. You will spend a large part of the day on the phone, this will mean a lot of cold calling to win new Clients and also headhunt calls to find new Candidates.

You will earn commission on each placement you successfully make and as your network grows and you become more established within your sector your earnings will increase. Typical earnings within Recruitment are:

  • Year 1 - £30,000 OTE
  • Year 2 - £50,000 OTE
  • Year 3 - £70,000 + OTE

Training & Development?
