This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or Trainee Sales New Homes Negotiator to join one of London's leading agents in Developments, New Homes and Luxury estates in the UK and beyond. This company has over 5 offices in the UK covering the South West, North West, Central, East and City market. They are looking for motivated and driven people to join as a New Homes Sales Negotiator for their Central City London offices.
Company profile: With offices in many of London's most affluent areas, the client are experts in sales, rentals and property management. Their strong marketing department and general branding means an abundance of applications from Landlords and Tenants alike. Their aim is to show the highest quality of service within the property market.
Character profile: They are looking for intelligent, articulate and driven individuals, a degree qualification would be beneficial but not essential. They look for punchy and extrovert individuals, natural leaders with out-going and exuberant personalities. They would ideally like someone with a minimum experience of one year in the lettings industry preferably with Central London experience, but this is not essential.
Package: Basic: £12-24k (depending on experience) OTE: £50-55k (1st year) Company Car: Pooled car or Car Allowance Hours: 9am-7pm (Mon-Fri), 10am-4pm (1 in 4 to 6 Saturdays)
Interview process: 2 or 3 stage interview process for the successful applicant. First with the Sales manager and then Area Sales Director.
