The Role: Managing a range of our clients most important distribution partners, you will be responsible for managing key relationships and delivering against profit and volume forecasts. Selling through wholesalers, you will assist in driving sales through the independent channel whilst increasing brand awareness. With the business focusing on growing category share it is vital that you have good influencing skills and understand the principals of POS and distribution. In addition you will need to be a creative thinker who is comfortable challenging internal processes to improve the company's performance.
The Person: The ideal candidate will have a background in FMCG food or beverage sales and an understanding of either the independent or wholesale channel. It is imperative that you are highly organised, a strong rapport builder, a genuine hardworking person with an ambitious outlook.
