We are currently seeking experienced Field Sales Territory Managers who will be responsible for building and executing a growth sales plan to ensure maximum numbers of restaurant assets are listed on the Fasteat website and apps. This position will report into the Field Sales Director and will be based predominantly on the road.
Working with telesales, setting appointments and visiting new restaurants with the aim of signing them on to the FastEat estate to hit regular weekly targets
Visiting and liaising with existing FastEat partners to build a great commercial relationship and to ensure restaurants are maximising revenue and receiving a great service
Working with your estate to set expectations around service to FastEat customers to maximise FastEat's consumer satisfaction.
Play an integral role in the on boarding process of all new signings, ensuring that all new restaurants are visited within 7 days of going online to deliver follow up materials and technology.
Spend 8 hours per day working in your allocated geography, with a minimum of 5 hours customer facing with Restaurant Partner owners
Working closely with our Business Intelligence and Marketing departments to identify target areas, cuisines and restaurants.
Working closely with the other Territory Managers and Telesales teams to maximise restaurant growth across your territory.
Working closely with the FastEat marketing team to optimise our B2B Communication strategy and to build the FastEat brand visibility within our trade restaurants
Preparing and presenting sales reports as requested
Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity
Essential Skills & Experience Required
Several years of professional experience in sales / field service B2B/FMCG
A flexible attitude to working hours
Ability to sell and present ideas in a compelling way, adjusting your style to a wide variety of audiences and cultures
Excellent relationship management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Track record of successfully negotiating and delivering sales
Hardworking and 'get the job done at all costs' attitude
Resilient, competitive & exceptionally target driven with an ability to early close
Fast learner with the ability to think on your feet
The ability to move quickly to meet short lead times for proposals, ensuring client objectives are met
Full clean UK driving license
Fully Computer Literate as will be expected to use our sales CRM
