The Role: The successful territory sales executive will be selling service contracts into the end user space, dealing with local authorities, the education sector, hospitals, multi-sited retailers and facilities management firms. This new role is focused towards business development although some strong accounts will also be passed, with sales deals taking place at estates manager and facilities director level. Full product and company training will be provided for the new territory sales executive.

For this Territory Sales Executive position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Field sales track record
You will have a stable track record of selling building products or service contracts
Sales of lifts, security, fire, signage, air-con, architectural ironmongery are all relevant
Tenacious and driven sales candidates with strong relationship building skills are needed
