A UK based manufacturer of postural support products for children with paediatric requirements. Requires a Territory Sales Manager for Essex who can demonstrate the product and its functionality and sell it into the Healthcare market whilst maintaining an empathetic approach to all involved in the process.
My client is a renowned family run Medical Device Manufacturer specialising in postural support products for children.
This is a great opportunity for a either a graduate or experienced Territory Manager who wants to be in a role where they can take charge of their career path and influence the lives of children with postural requirements and help make a positive difference to them and their families. The company has a strong culture for internal growth, encourages progression and constant in house training is provided.
The Territory Manager's primary responsibility, will be to manage and grow existing accounts and prospecting new opportunities. Further responsibilities include:-
- Selling a portfolio of medical devices, such as a range of specialised paediatric chairs, to healthcare professionals within the NHS, physiotherapists and schools.
- Fully define project scope, goals and deliverables for all new business and change in scope of existing business.
- Have sole responsibility for selling a portfolio of market leading products and educating customers on the full range of 24 hour positioning products.
- Demo the products to therapist before the sale. Sometimes the parents will also be there.
-Build relationships with existing clients, recognise their needs and propose a solution.
The successful Territory Manager will:-
Basic salary from £26,000-£33,500
