The Role: The successful Telesales Supervisor will be leading a team of six telesales people who sell proactively into industrial end users; you will be monitoring your team closely, getting involved with campaigns, revenue targets and handling margins. They sell a vast range of industrial MRO products, offering value engineering and a centralised billing process, and now seek a new Telesales Supervisor to be based from their West Midlands offices.
For this Telesales Supervisor position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Strong track record in leading an outbound telesales team
You will be used to working in a proactive environment, encouraging your team to close deals on the phone
Superb motivational skills are essential
