Telesales / Internal Account Manager, Industrial Services, Croydon, £20,000 Basic, £30,000 OTE (uncapped) + pension. Long serving and trusted provider of specialist industrial services is recruiting an Internal Account Manager from the regional head office in Croydon, Surrey.
The role is due to a restructure of the sales operation and there are genuine opportunities to progress over the next year into team leadership as the team is budgeted to triple in size to eighteen before the end of 2018.
* You must have business to business telesales experience - ideally two years plus and be able to demonstrate success and loyalty within your CV
* You must be used to generating your own leads and have solid strategies and ideas for developing business
* You must possess great sales habits and appreciate that a large part of success in sales is due to hard work, persistence, resilience and tenacity.
* You will be an articulate and likeable personality who can quickly engage potential target customers
* You will be relentless in your passion for business development
* You will be naturally persuasive and a great 'fact-finder' but not 'pushy' in approach.
* You will be professional, ambitious and looking for a long-term career role.
The role is based from the regional HQ in Croydon where you will report and work closely with the Sales Manager who spearheads the whole commercial function.
