Telesales, Sales Executive, Call Centre Agent.

Telesales Executive is needed by our client the UKs No.1 Telesales Agency to be based in their offices in Portsmouth. They are an award winning agency and have been in the Sunday Times Top 100 Businesses to work for four consecutive years.

The business has doubled in size every year since its incorporation and this rapid growth provides excellent career progression opportunities within the business.

Due to grow they are actively seeking outstanding individuals to support their SME clients in promoting their businesses in a number of Business to Business (B2B) telemarketing marketing campaigns.

The Role:

Reporting to your team manager you will work on several campaigns each week, driving client and your own success by:

  • Calling business leads (Outbound B2B) to outline our clients' services and arrange appointments for the clients' own sales team to attend (Telemarketing/ Lead generation)
  • Sending follow up emails to prospective customers to drive the sales process
  • Liaison with the client on how campaigns are progressing and working with them to deliver real results.
  • Attending client briefings to fully understand their marketing campaigns, strategies and our service level agreements
  • Attendance at their award winning business school to enhance your skills and performance

The Successful Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Professional and business focussed, with exceptional telephone communication skills
  • Persuasive and empathetic
  • Target driven and tenacious, with a will to succeed
  • Excellent at understanding and overcoming client concerns
  • Team focussed with a positive attitude

Sales experience within a B2B (Business-to-Business) or B2C (Business-to-Consumer) environment is advantageous but is not essential.
