Telesales Executive - Security Consultancy - Halesowen, West Midlands
Up to £17,000pa and uncapped commission on converted leads at 1%
Our client is a rapidly expanding consultancy with a unique approach to holistic security solutions. The company operates in a small, family environment where all employees are part of the team.
A position has arisen within our client’s Business Development department for an experienced Telesales Executive to play a key part in their growing sales team. The role will involve outbound cold and warm sales calls to identify potential opportunities within new and existing clients, also to establish whether existing contacts are still in post, appropriate to the company’s services and that contact details are correct. The candidate will be expected to update the CRM system where appropriate and allocate calls to individual members of the team. This role is a fast track position to progress into a Sales Consultant. Full service portfolio training will be provided.
28 days holiday and bank holidays and pension scheme after one year.
Requirements for Telesales role:
A proven track record in
Strong communication skills
Experience in a services sector is preferred but not essential
Experience of using a CRM system is essential (the internal system is SugarCRM)
Whilst this is not a technical sales role, experience in an IT Security environment or IT in general may be an advantage but not essential
Must have own transport and a clean driver’s license.
Telephone sales ability
IT knowledge beneficial
