Telesales Executive (Global Market Leader)
£18k-£22k basic, £33k OTE uncapped + 25 days holiday, pension etc.

Our client is one of the largest capital equipment and software manufacturers in the world and the fastest growing supplier in the UK and Europe within their marketplace. They sell to almost 1,000,000 customers in 100 countries in the corporate, public and professional sectors. They have a direct presence in over 20 countries and their products and have more than 5,000 employees with annual sales of close to £1bn. Due to expansion, they are now looking to recruit additional Telesales executives.

As an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive or Telesales Agent you will work with the team to focus on contacting businesses who currently buy from related suppliers and focus on winning new business. This will be achieved through outbound sales calls and the use of various tools such as a Salesforce database holding qualified leads. The industry recognised training programme will ensure you are provided with the full product knowledge and selling techniques to become a successful Telesales Agent and aim to win new business and achieve targets.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 months business to business sales experience, possessing flair, drive and gravitas as well as being naturally ambitious. You will have a proven track record in winning new business as a Telesales or Sales executive with experience of achieving targets.
In return there is a competitive basic salary of between £18k to £22k with uncapped commission and a generous bonus plan as well as a number of benefits such as the chance to win IPads, Holidays abroad and much, much more. Sales people are highly respected in this organisation.
