They are rapidly expanding their successful B2B Telesales department and are recruiting confident, target driven Telesales Executives to join their fun and vibrant team.
They are seeking experienced individuals (1yr +) to win new business using great communication skills and exceptional sales techniques. Key responsibilities: - Generation of new business through daily telephone canvassing and prospecting - Building a portfolio of new customers - Managing won client accounts - Maintaining relationships and ensuring client retention - Exceeding monthly sales targets
The ideal candidate will have: - Proven B2B sales experience of 1 year minimum, including telesales and account management - Effective Time Management skills - Proven ability to manage own workload - Self-motivation to achieve high levels of commission, and a good team player - Focus on exceeding targets - Ability to negotiate effectively and successfully, and to work well under pressure - Fluency in English (Oral & Written)
