Our services include pay per click, social media, web design and development, copywriting, branding and more. We have expanded our office space a total of 5 times since 2003 and those office expansions combined with a commitment to recruit the best staff has enabled us to build up our teams. With that in mind, we are now looking for a number of Telesales Executives to join our team.
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting the extensive range of digital services to customers by identifying sales opportunities, securing the interest and closing the sale. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to prospective new customers, self-generate leads, identify sales opportunities, upsell and promote alternate products whilst maintaining records of conversations and updating customer records when appropriate.
Experience is not necessary as training is provided, however any experience in the following would be advantageous:
You will need excellent oral communication skills and superb listening skills.
