This established medical supply company are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Telesales/Account Executive to join their ambitious team. You will be actively involved in promoting their extensive range of healthcare products to customers throughout the UK. The ideal candidate will have the drive and enthusiasm to excel in a sales environment and the vision to achieve personal success and rapidly develop their role as the company expands.
- Researching prospects and generating leads. - Developing and managing a prospect database. - Account managing customers in order to maximise the value of each account and maintain the highest levels of customer retention. - Working closely with the sales team on marketing and promotional strategies. - Prioritising and scheduling calls to ensure all targets are achieved.
To be considered for the role you must have:
- An outgoing and positive attitude; - Proven track record in telephone sales, either inbound or outbound; - Business to business (B2B) sales would also be advantageous; - Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner; - The ability to persuade and influence others; - Strong motivation and target focus; - Excellent organisational skills; - Good administrative and IT skills; - A team player attitude
Ongoing training will be provided and you will be rewarded with a monthly commission structure where the more you achieve, the more you earn.
Basic salary of £18000 p.a. Uncapped cumulative commission structure Annual bonus Regular company social events 28 days holiday P.A. Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
