My client, based in Bicester, are looking for a Telephone Sales Executive to join their growing business.

Description

The Telephone Sales Executive:

- Talking to potential customers B2B and B2C to close sales

- A mix of inbound and outbound calls - 60% inbound

- Majority of the outbound calls will be warm calls - follow up on marketing campaigns, warm leads and customer call back requests

- Closing of sales over the telephone

- You will be the voice of the business, selling their products and services over the phone

- Conducting product demos over the phone

- You will go the extra mile to make sure the customers receive the best possible service

- You will be polished, professional and a complete Company Ambassador who can build and create customer confidence and trust

- My client wants those who are confident, friendly and polite, with a hunger and determination to hit a target and be successful

The Telephone Sales Executive:

- Proven sales experience and measurable success.

- Ability to close deals by phone and build prospects and leads

- Proven ability to work to and exceed set targets and KPIs

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Confident telephone manner - experience of a consultative sale

- A knowledge or an interest in telecommunication - this is desired not essential

- Experience with B2B or B2C sales

- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.

Job Offer

£21,000 - £24,000 Basic Salary
