My client offers a huge range of innovative and exciting products within the employee benefits sector.
Day to day you will be developing, mentoring and motivating the existing team. You will lead by example by conducting your own prospecting activity to help the team to hit their targets. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with the Head of Sales to develop new business opportunities across another segment of the business.
