Technical Specialist - Sales
Base up to GBP22k + 10k (OTE) , Medical, Income Protection, Life Assurance, PRP Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Specialist to join a highly professional organization which has been established for over 30 years.

The ideal candidate will have a natural passion to hunt for business development opportunities and secure sales.

Main purpose of the role is to promote and support the groups technical video and control products and services, raise awareness of product portfolio through Group Account Managers, and secure sales from resellers. Full product training will be provided.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • To promote via telephone to existing and dormant customers the product portfolio and services.
  • Achieves the minimum average number of calls and visits to promote and support the technical video and control product portfolio
  • Demonstrates that they have positively influenced the customer to purchase the products
  • Can promote to targeted resellers the benefits of purchasing from our client over their competitors
  • To proactively communicate exclusive deals and exciting product promotions to targeted customers, Group Account Managers and the internal sales floors
  • To profile and target accounts on the CRM system, negotiate with, quote and close an initial 'order' from customers.


The successful candidate will have:
· Excellent communication skills with a confident, positive attitude
· Ability to design, manage and deliver effective presentations
· A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
· Ability to conduct effective negotiations with customers and suppliers
