An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Sales Representative to work with the South Central Sector to help deliver it's VAP budget
They will specifically focus sales of Topflow concretes and and screeds but also support the other VAP brands
They would be able to: Build good relationships with both our existing site-based customers as well as our competitor’s customers with a view to converting conventional concretes to VAPs
Provide a professional on-site support service to ensure the successful application of our range of VAPs
Support customers with their site preparation methodology to ensure optimum product performance
Support to bring new products to market by delivering plant trials and live customer site trials
Coach and support our fleet of base hauliers to understand ensure our products arrive on-site in specification
Support with customer complaints from initial site visit and investigation to consideration of remedial actions ensuring the customer feels valued
Manage commercial negotiations and use upsell techniques to increase VAP sales
