Job Specification

They require a Technical Sales Executive to provide technical product support to the Caravan Industry. You will require a good understanding of Forecasting and have strong negotiating skills to be able to negotiate new and existing contract. You will need to be practical minded as you will be dealing with interior designers on a regular basis.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will have a natural flair for interior design, have very high attention to detail and be meticulous about your work. A good sense of manufacturing processes, proportions, scale, interior design and current trends are essential for this role.

This role is mainly Field Based working around the Hull area (Humberside) however, you will be expected to travel to Head Office in Jarrow, Tyne and Wear as and when the workload requires (approx. 1-2 days fortnightly).

This is a great opportunity to work for a well-established family run furniture manufacturer based in the North East.

Person / Experience Required:

- Must have an extensive knowledge on the caravan industry
- Must have strong negotiating skills
- Must have an understanding of Forecasting
- Possess creative flair
- Enthusiastic and meticulous about your work
- Great problem solving & analytical skills
- Understanding of furniture construction
- A keen interest in interior design
- Ability to work under pressure and hit targets
- Must have excellent time management and organisational skills
- Able to work on own initiative
- Highly motivated and eager to learn
- Full clean UK Driving Licence
