They are seeking a Technical Sales Executive to join their team based at the Bradford head office, where your primary responsibility will be to handle enquiries/orders for processed steel, in particular cut and drilled heavy section. You will further develop key accounts but also explore new business opportunities within the steel fabrication industry.
You will provide technical product and advice to customers, read drawings and process orders through the companies CRM system. In addition, you will liaise with other internal departments including transport and operations on delivery dates / lead times to ensure customer expectations and service are exceeded.
About You: They are seeking candidates who have previous sales experience, ideally combined with knowledge of CAD and steel sections however full training will be given to the right candidate. - Good communication skills are essential as the right candidate will be liaising with both customers and internal departments. - Understanding of Steel sections and steel fabrication drawings would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
