Cova Security Gates Ltd are seeking high performing Technical Sales Account Managers to maintain and indeed exceed sales growth targets, whilst building and promoting strong and durable client relationships. With a technical background and understanding of the construction industry procurement methods and direct selling to end users, you’ll be confident and incredibly driven to proactively identify, win and seek new business opportunities.
This role would suit an ambitious sales professional seeking to move on in their career and is critical to the success of the Cova in its bespoke range of perimeter security solutions, add-on products and services. To meet the demands of the role, the successful candidate will be required to attain a high level of product and system knowledge necessary in responding to specific technical sales enquiries.
A grasp of the issues is essential to allow the preparation of proposals and quotations but more importantly, being able to recommend specific design engineered perimeter security solutions that meet client’s needs.
It is recognised that product familiarisation and in depth training will be necessary but the candidate must possess the desire and passion to ‘want to learn’ without which the role cannot be undertaken.
In summary, the Technical Sales Account Managers role is to develop and sustain Cova / Client relationship through the design, manufacturing and installation process. The role is pivotal in identifying and winning new business opportunities, whilst maintaining relationships with existing clients.
