Founded nearly 20 years ago this software vendor has gone from strength to strength.cThis company currently has case study accounts with RBS, Amazon, Nike, Ford, BT, Samsung, Apple and Dell and has nearly 10,000 clients currently using its platform, 500 of which are large scale enterprise accounts.
You will be working on 1 major account and will be the lead Technical Account Manager on this account. You will work within a team consisting of a Customer Success Manager, an Account Director and a Solutions Consultant.
You will have worked on either 1 or a small number of accounts before and be able to demonstrate a good working relationship with your customer. You will ideally be from a business software background including CRM, BI, ECM, CEM, ERP, ecommerce software or any cloud / SaaS vendor. Drive, hunger and a true work hard attitude are the key attributes for the successful candidate.
Basic £55,000 plus bonus PLUS: Private healthcare, dental, pension, stocks, laptop, mobile.
