The Role: Providing a first-class security and cleaning service for vacant properties, the successful Strategic Account Manager will liaise with procurement teams, corporate directors and regional managers within the retail, construction, financial services and commercial real estate markets. The role will be a mixture of nurturing and maximising warm relationships and developing new business to secure contracts worth up to £1 million.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Corporate sales or account management experience within the security sector
Ambitious candidates will do well here as there is a philosophy of promoting from within
Benefits of this Business Development Manager role:
£50,000 - £60,000 Base Salary
OTE £32,000 Commission 1st year
