Business Development Manager - Specifications

€44-55K Base, bonus, car

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global manufacturer which is expanding rapidly in the Irish market.

Our clients undertaking is the unending development and manufacturing of commercial and residential natural air ventilation products.

These products have a positive environmental effect for a healthy and relaxed in-house climate by combining low energy use while keeping focussed on design.

Job Description

You will inherit an established base of clients whilst being tasked to identify and win new specifications. This is full life cycle role where you will deal with architects, specifiers and pull through the sale with contractors and installers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Business development through advising architects, specifiers on the benefits and specifying these products in projects.

  • Identifying new business opportunities

  • CPD presentations

  • Exhibitions and trade show.

Candidate

We are looking to speak with experienced construction sales professionals who are seeking to work for a global market leader. You will be able to demonstrate a proven sales track record within the construction market. Ideally you will have exposure to the specification sales process however if you have sold to main contractors at a senior level, this will also be of interest.

This is an autonomous position where you will be reporting back to the Sales Director in the UK. You will have his full support to attack the Irish market as you see fit to do so. You will have the drive and enthusiasm to win new projects and build a team behind you.
