This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established, market leading company in a senior management role as a Small Business Sales Channel Manager based in the East Midlands.

Client Details

A FTSE 100 company, well established within their industry who pride themselves on their customer service.

Description

As the Small Business Sales Channel Manager, reporting in to the Head of UK Business Sales you will be office based in the East Midlands and responsible for a team of 12 direct reports in the form of Managers.

You'll be accountable for leading and developing this team within the B2B channel, making sure to manage the new business growth across a range of services and implement the commercial strategy set in place by the Head of Sales whilst consistently focusing on acquisition and retention objectives.

Profile

Key skills and experience required:

  • You must have experience within a senior management role, working in a high volume telesales environment
  • Experience of managing a high performance sales team is essential, specifically in multi-channel environments
  • Strong knowledge of the energy & services market is highly desirable
  • Experience of managing a third party outsource provider
  • A creative and innovative approach to drive growth, retention and profitability
  • Good commercial insight and sound decision making in order to deliver business goals & objectives
  • Extensive experience in delivering strong customer service
  • Commutable to the Leicestershire area Monday to Friday
